This module dives into the final 'E' of Trend Hunter's framework on understanding modern employee trends. Throughout this module, we show how employees today expect much higher standards from their employers, both internally and externally. Individuals want to work for organizations with a purpose beyond profit and deeply consider this before accepting a new role. Studies also show a significant number of young employees forgoing a higher salary if it means working for a company with shared values. The modern employee aspires to work for an organization that reflects modern values and norms, including an increase in diversity, social action and purpose.
