This module around retail authenticity, explores that we know that consumers have a heightened desire to be their most authentic selves, but this is also true of the brands they shop with. Throughout the pandemic we saw retailers become a safe space for consumers in need. Retailers were pivoting both their products and their services to align with the deeper, more holistic needs of today's shoppers.
